Todd Chrisley Experienced Scary Medical Error In Prison

Chrisley Knows Best alums, Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie serve their prison sentences for tax and fraud-related crimes but the conditions seem to be bad. A new report claims something that might even shock their detractors. Allegedly, the prison workers made an error that could have been potentially very dangerous.

Todd Chrisley Hopes To Get Home

Like any prisoner, the Chrisley Knows Best alum wants to get out of lockup and go back home. The difference is that he had the money for a good legal team. And, many ordinary people don’t have that. Mostly, poor prison conditions are ignored by people with influence. However, his daughter Savannah has been doing her bit to bring attention to it. In fact, some people were horrified when she alleged that poisonous snakes roam around her mom’s facility in Kentucky.

Savannah said that Todd Chrisley and her mom document everything that happens in prison. Whether that is to fight having to stay there or not isn’t clear. However, it could also be used in a book to try and improve the run-down facilities. Actually, Pensacola seems really bad. Did you know that the Navy condemned the place because of excess mold? That can be dangerous to health but the new alleged error was probably right up there on the dangerous shelf as well.

Todd Chrisley Experienced A Scary Error In Prison

This week, Radar Online reported that attorney, Jay Surgent spoke with the outlet and alleged Pensacola has “a very cruel, broken and inhumane system.” He alleged that the Chrisley Knows Best star had been given the incorrect medication. Elaborating, Sargent claimed, “The medical department is in shambles.” Then he said, that someone gave his client “medicine intended and belonging to another inmate.”

Todd Chrisley’s lawyer also talked about other incidents that happened to other prisoners. He claimed that people working in the medical department “inadvertently” gave the incorrect prisoner some “insulin.” Allegedly, the person reacted badly and had to be “rushed to the hospital.” Notably, there’s a reason why prescribed medication leaflets usually tell people not to give them to someone else. They can, in fact, be fatal.

Early Release In The Works?

Todd Chrisley already got some time slashed off his sentence. Instead of serving 12 years, he will now serve 10 years. Meanwhile, Julie will serve one and a half years less than her original sentence. Still, it seems that freedom is a long time away when dangerous errors occur.

Do you think that Todd Chrisley really got the incorrect medication in Pensacola FCI? Do you agree that it’s shocking because the wrong medication could seriously impact someone’s life? What about Julie’s prison where snakes allegedly roam around at will? Do you hope they get their sentences reduced so they can serve their time under house arrest?
