On a recent episode of her podcast, Lindsie Chrisley shared that getting married to Trent one day could be tricky. She explained that her current boyfriend, who she went Instagram official with recently, is a bit more on the traditional side. So, he is a man that would definitely want Todd’s blessing before taking Lindsie’s hand in marriage.
Lindsie Chrisley explains the situation is tricky because: How many visits should Trent have with Todd before it is appropriate to ask to marry his daughter?
She said: “It’s a tricky situation with my parents being incarcerated. What would that even look like? How do you even approach that? How many visits would be appropriate to do that?”
I mean, you don’t just sign up and go to a weekend visit and be like, ‘Hey, by the way, nice to meet you. I want to marry your daughter.’ Like to me, that’s not appropriate. So like, how would you handle that situation? I don’t know.”
Unfortunately, Todd Chrisley’s daughter made it clear she did not know what the answer was. But, she knew they would have to figure it out because of the type of man her boyfriend was.
