GH Spoilers: Laura and Sonny Trauma Bond Over Spencer’s Fate

Grief and guilt are just two emotions both Laura and Sonny are feeling right about now.

On the Friday, February 2 episode of General Hospital, spoilers will stun and surprise as characters’ emotions are heightened.

Trauma Bonding for Two

The fallout of Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) Parisian nightmare will surely hit Laura (Genie Francis) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) hard. Their worry over Spencer, especially, will cause the two to bond over this fresh trauma.

For Laura, she will, no doubt, continue to regret her support for Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl). Especially since the second the young woman got her memories back, she reverted right back to her evil self. Even though Sonny experienced a whole other kind of trauma on his island, he’s probably dealing with his own feelings of guilt.

Shock and Awe

Later, Laura has an additional shock to the system when someone shows up at her place. If it’s Esme, there’s no telling if this confrontation will be upsetting or downright violent. If it’s Nikolas (Adam Huss), is he looking for a safe space for him and Ace? Or maybe he’s come to his senses and leaves Ace (Jay and Joey Clay) behind while the fugitive once again takes off. Or could it be a third completely different option?

Meanwhile, Joss (Eden McCoy) has a lot on her plate. Her boyfriend just faced serious firepower down on Sonny’s island. Plus, she continues to help her troubled study buddy Adam (Joshua Benard) survive his college years and his strict, unfeeling father. And now teasers suggest something stuns her. Which one of her many situations ends up evoking this extreme response?

New Meetings and Introductions

Anna (Finola Hughes) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) continue their fierce female team-up. After they interrogated Brennan (Charles Mesure) where they scored valuable intel, the two are ready to set up a new meeting. Hopefully, one that isn’t so intense or has them fighting for their lives.

Finally, Carly (Laura Wright) is in a whole different world now that she’s the head of Crimson. However, she hasn’t forgotten about her other gig, the newly renamed, Bobbie’s. Her world expands when she meets a new patron. Is this a good thing? Or a bad thing? The last new patron she met was Brennan and you know what happened there.
