BREAKING: Bianca Jackson’s return revealed in explosive EastEnders spoilers – and she’s taking on a killer
EastEnders legend Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) is set to stage a dramatic return to Walford next week amid Sonia Fowler’s (Natalie Cassidy) ongoing prison ordeal.
Sonia was wrongly charged with the murder of Reiss Colwell’s (Jonny Freeman) wife Debbie last month, and has been in prison ever since.
Next week, Debbie’s parents inform Reiss that he is not welcome at Debbie’s funeral, and he is left totally devastated.
In a bid to support him, Martin Fowler (James Bye) throws a wake in the Queen Vic, and a touched Reiss soon begins to read his eulogy – only to be interrupted by Bianca’s sudden arrival.
Bianca is full of questions about Sonia’s situation, and continues to interrogate Reiss as they head back to No.25. Reiss quickly grows overwhelmed and rushes out, leaving Bianca in need of a new tactic.
Unsurprisingly, Bianca’s new tactic isn’t to back off, but instead to double down and accuse Reiss of Debbie’s murder.
‘She believes Sonia is innocent, but she does have a millisecond of doubt here and there and wonders if she’s wrong about all of this,’ actress Patsy Palmer revealed.
‘But not more than a millisecond. Bianca is totally convinced that Reiss killed Debbie.’
Under the pressure, Reiss comes close to confessing, but Martin and Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) arrive to diffuse the situation before Reiss can come clean.
However, Bianca is so sure that she is on the right track that she resorts to desperate measures to prove herself right, and ends up doing whatever she can to antagonise him…
When Martin later comforts Reiss, the killer tells him all about Bianca’s depression diagnosis, which leads to Martin and Bianca sharing a heart-to-heart.
The next day, Bianca wakes up in Kat’s flat, and her host insists that she must face up to her actions and see a GP about her erratic behaviour.
However, Bianca has other ideas as she meets Martin to reveal her distrust of Reiss, before skipping her doctors appointment to attend Sonia’s fundraiser.
Will Bianca get to the bottom of what has really happened?
