Several Lives Are In Jeopardy On General Hospital While Dante Loses A Pulse
So many lives are in jeopardy in Port Charles.
The March 5 episode of General Hospital saw several lives in jeopardy, and some are worse off than others.
A Pulse Is Lost
After Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) got shot on the pier, Jason (Steve Burton, whose former co-star spoke out about his return) did all he could to save Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) son. Even while gasping for air and bleeding out, Dante still recognized the presumably dead hitman. Jason called paramedics, put pressure on Dante’s wound, and elevated his legs, but once he heard the sirens approaching, he assured Dante he would be okay before taking off.
Having just arrived back in Port Charles, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Dex (Evan Hofer) showed up on the pier and found an unconscious Dante. Being an ex-marine and med student, the two tended to Dante as Chase (Josh Swickard) arrived. But despite the three of them attempting to keep Dante alive, Chase announced he no longer felt a pulse.
Dex began chest compressions and the three were relieved when Dante’s pule returned just as the paramedics arrived on the scene. Only time will tell if Dante continues to get better, or has another decline once he gets to GH.
As for Jason, when he’s last seen alone in an alley, he suddenly winces and puts a hand to his side, revealing blood from a surprise gunshot wound.
Heather On The Loose
Over at General Hospital, Heather (Alley Mills) broke free from where she was handcuffed to her hospital bed and took out a cop before making her escape. The villainess showed up at the chapel where Cyrus (Jeff Kober) sat praying for a feverish Baby Ace and held some sort of large, dangerous medical tool at him as she manically blamed him for her daughter Esme’s (Avery Pohl) death.
Just as she was about to attack Cyrus, Laura (Genie Francis) hit her from behind. When cops showed up to take her away, Heather remarked it was the Laura Webber she always knew just before she began gasping for air. Heather collapsed to the ground from the unknown attack, shocking them all, as she only went to GH due to hip pain.
Will Dante live or die? What’s wrong with Heather? And how will Jason tend to his gunshot?
