With Matt Cohen, who portrayed Griffin Munro, being fired from “Entertainment Tonight” along with other cast members, General Hospital spoilers and speculations hint that Griffin might make a comeback. With two patients in need of neurological care, GH unquestionably requires a neurologist who is also a neurosurgeon.
Griffin Munro Could Solve The Puzzle Of Eddie Maine
Griffin was able to identify Eddie Maine, a.k.a. Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), despite the staff neurologists’ inability to explain it.
After suffering a serious brain injury, Ned awoke with no memory of his family or of his past as Eddie Maine. He didn’t recall anything; he just thought that’s who he is.
Ned seems to be unable to recall the rest of his life, including the time he lived as Eddie, thanks to nothing and no one. He could only recall a black guitar and how to play and sing with it. If Griffin took on his case, he might be able to help.
Griffin Munro Consulted On Lulu Spencer’s Case
Griffin had consulted on Lulu Spencer’s (most recently Emme Rylan) case as had Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) but in the years since she went in her coma there may be advances.
It wouldn’t hurt for Griffin to take a look at her again and evaluate to see if there may be new procedures to bring her out of her indeterminate coma.
Whether Lulu is still in the New York City facility or now in Port Charles is uncertain, although Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) brought Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) for a visit.
If he were to move back to New York, either New York City or Port Charles, Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson) who he’s dating will likely come with him. As if curing two Port Charles residents with mystifying neurological conditions wasn’t enough, there may soon be a third.

The Search For Nikolas Cassadine
The hunt is on for Lulu’s elder brother Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), and if he is discovered alive, it appears that he may be in poor shape after having been on life support.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has been searching in Chechnya, Russia, but hasn’t found anything, so Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) quest for Mason Gatlin’s (Nathaniel Grey) boss could find Nikolas.
Nikolas might have neurological damage after being so close to passing out on Wyndemere’s floor. Maura West’s Ava Jerome was unable to locate a pulse.
Nikolas may also require someone with Griffin’s skills to awaken him from his coma. He is unquestionably required in Port Charles!
