Savannah Chrisley’s parents Todd and Julie have done anything but “keep their heads down and do their time” behind bars. Largely, they have their daughter Savannah and her big mouth to thank for it.

The question is: Could Savannah Chrisley’s big mouth be creating problems for her parents? Furthermore, are they in any danger because of how much time Savannah has spent shining a bright light on the corruption of the system? Sadly, some new reports are coming out suggesting that could very well be the case.

Savannah Chrisley’s Big Mouth Leaves Todd & Julie In Danger?

According to an inside source who spoke exclusively to InTouch Weekly about a week ago, Savannah Chrisley needs to consider keeping her big mouth shut. The inside source explained she isn’t doing her parents any favors by shining a spotlight on the issues behind bars. Likewise, the source argued the entire family is “deluded” if they think complaining about prison conditions will land them an early release.

Turns out, Savannah Chrisley’s parents haven’t exactly made many friends behind bars either. The source claims Todd and Julie Chrisley both walked into prison expecting sympathy for their situation. Likewise, the couple entered with a chip on their shoulders thinking they were better than everyone else.

Unfortunately, their “know it all” attitudes have not made them many friends with the staff or the inmates. In fact, Todd and Julie Chrisley may very well be in danger as they find themselves getting taunted behind bars.

Todd is seen as a smarmy know-it-all by a lot of the inmates, and it’s the same with Julie, who’s been hoping for sympathy since she set foot in jail.  There’s a lot of taunting, both behind their backs and to their faces. They’re deluded that complaining will get them out sooner.”

Their Daughter Paints a Different Picture

Now, what this inside source says differs from the picture Savannah Chrisley painted for fans. For example, Savannah insisted her mother has become somewhat of a mother figure behind bars. Savannah explained her mother does what she can to keep busy behind bars and she’s always trying to help people.

Todd Chrisley’s lawyer, however, has previously expressed concerns for Todd’s safety. His lawyer once tried to get Todd’s sentence changed to house arrest. His lawyer cited that Todd was being “violated” while he was sleeping. Fans later learned Todd believed people were taking pictures of him while he was sleeping.

Understandably, fans aren’t sure which side of the story to believe. They, however, can’t imagine Todd and Julie are enjoying their time behind bars.
